Over the years, I’ve had guests tip me $100 and tell me how much they appreciated not just the fire, but the style, musicality, and level of performance I bring to each show. I’ve had couples reach out months — even years — later and say, “We saw you perform and knew we wanted you at our wedding.”

Those moments mean everything to me, because they remind me that live performance isn’t just something people watch — it becomes part of their vacation memory, part of their love story, part of why they chose to celebrate here in the Florida Keys.

For a long time, I performed regularly at restaurants and resorts throughout the Keys, and I truly miss that connection with both locals and visitors. I also know how much our restaurant scene relies on live music, which is absolutely essential to the island vibe. They keep me connected to the community and to visitors who may not be attending private events or weddings. They give me direct feedback from guests, which helps me continue refining and evolving my performances. And very honestly — many of my private bookings over the years started because someone saw me perform at a restaurant and wanted that same feeling at their own celebration.

When people tip after a show, that feedback is real and immediate. It tells me the performance connected, and I’m willing to structure this opportunity around that — offering a lower guaranteed base with tipping encouraged — because I believe in what I bring to the table and how guests respond to it.

Summer 2025 Bellynesian Dance Workshop Series: Kraken & Sirens Dance Choreography Incorporating Polynesian and Bellydance Training

This is a eight-week course, broken down into monthly choreographic intensives. We meet once a month, in person, to learn a full dance piece that’s connected to an exciting local performance opportunity.

You’ll be part of two dynamic shows:
– Opening the Bellynesian Sirens Performance
– Closing the Kraken Bellydance Hips Show

Each month builds your confidence, musicality, and stage presence—without overwhelming your schedule. After each session, you’ll also receive private online video reviews to help you practice at home and fine-tune your movement.

No experience? No problem.
This workshop series is beginner-friendly, yet rich enough for seasoned dancers wanting to explore floor work, undulations, hip movement, and the hipnotic storytelling style I bring to every choreography.

I get this question a lot—and here’s the truth: Adults are busy.
Many of us juggle careers, families, and creative passions. As a professional performer, I’ve found that a focused monthly commitment is not only more manageable, it’s often more impactful.

In the world of Bellydance, sword work is both elegant and fierce. It blends the mystique of ancient traditions with a commanding stage presence. One technique that captivates audiences and tests the dancer’s control and artistry is the Bellydance Sword Drop.

But what exactly is it?

A Bellydance Sword Drop is an advanced prop technique where the dancer balances a sword—traditionally a curved, weighted sword—on the top of the head, and then intentionally drops it down to the chest. This drop is executed with incredible control, as the sword transitions from head to chest, often caught on the upper chest area. From there, dancers may hold the sword steady, or incorporate chest isolations like pops or lifts, all while maintaining perfect balance.

This technique requires not only refined posture and body awareness, but a deep understanding of musical timing, prop control, and performance dynamics.
